| No, have your current policy(ies) available when you call. You may
compare your current premiums and coverage with those provided
by both UDPI and Travelers. If you decide to switch from a
competitive plan, be sure to contact your current insurer or agent for
the terms of a premium refund. You may cancel the policy at any
time; just be sure you have adequate coverage to replace your existing
policy. Also, check with your providers about any refunds or
cancellation penalties. |

| 2. May I receive insurance quotes from both companies? |
| Yes. You may call 877-210-4154, or click on the Get A Quote link above to
receive quotes
from either carrier. |

| 3. May I request quotes to determine the insurance cost before
I purchase my car or home? |
| Yes. The insurance consultants will provide as many quotes as you
need to determine the total cost of ownership of your potential
new car or home. |

| 4. What are my premium payment options? |
| You may pay your premium through payroll deduction, or Electronic
Funds Transfer (EFT), or have the bill sent directly to you. |

| 5. If I leave Inova, what happens to my coverage? |
| If you terminate/resign your employment, you may continue your
coverage with both carriers; however, some discounts may be
removed upon the renewal of your policy. Please contact your carrier
to discuss further. |

| 6. Must I buy both my auto and home policy(ies) from
the same carrier? |
| No. You may buy your auto coverage with one carrier and your
home coverage with another; however, both carriers offer
multi-policy discounts. Please inquire about these discounts when
you call to compare. |

| 7. If I have a claim, what do I do? |
| The carrier with whom you have coverage will provide you with their
toll-free claims service number to call in the event of a claim. Both
carriers have 24-hour 7 day a week claims service. |

| 8. Whom do I contact with questions about My Inova Group
Auto & Home Insurance Program? |
| You must call 877-210-4154. Neither Inova Human Resources
or payroll representatives will be able to assist you with questions
regarding the program. Inova is not a sponsor of My Inova Group
Auto & Home Insurance Program, but simply makes it available to
employees for convenience and potential cost savings. |
