This program is underwritten by Merastar Insurance Company or Unitrin Direct Preferred Insurance (UDPI) and The Travelers Indemnity Company or one of its property casualty affiliates.  Inova Health System is not affiliated with Merastar, UDPI or Travelers, and does not make any endorsements of, or representation regarding the insurance products provided under this program.  This program is completely voluntary and is offered solely as a convenience to Inova Health System employees.      

The cost of implementing and communicating this voluntary auto and home program is paid for by UDPI and Travelers.  All premiums will be paid for by the employee.  As an employee of Inova Health System, you are not required to participate in this program and you are free to purchase your auto and home insurance from another insurance company.

Homeowners Coverage in Florida is very limited and several restrictions may apply.  The program cannot guarantee issuance of coverage.

This program is available in most states to those who qualify.  Availability of group discounts may vary by state and carrier.

Coverage underwritten by Merastar Insurance Company, Chattanooga, TN, 37411. In Texas, homeowners by Consolidated Lloyds, and in New Jersey, auto by Unitrin Direct, an affiliated company, or Progressive, which is not a Merastar company. Availability of coverage, discounts, on-line quotes, and payment options may vary. In some states, a home inspection may be required before a quote may be obtained.
